Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before work begins. Prices are displayed before checkout and may vary based on scope, academic level, and delivery time. Once payment is confirmed, the order is assigned for processing.
Revisions
Free revisions are available within a limited period, provided the request follows the original instructions. New instructions or major changes may attract additional charges.
Communication Policy
Direct communication between clients and workers is not permitted. All communication is managed through the Work Simplix admin team to ensure quality and confidentiality.
Delivery & Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on the service selected and deadline chosen. Delays caused by incomplete or late information from the user are not the responsibility of Work Simplix.
Confidentiality
All user information, files, and project details are treated as confidential. We do not share user data with third parties except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the delivered work is made available to the user. Work Simplix retains the right to use anonymized work samples for quality improvement unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
